Creator Terms at a Glance

This page is a summary to help you find your way. It is not a contract and does not create any rights. Only the individual creator agreement you sign with Hypez LTD is binding. If this page and your agreement say different things, the agreement wins.

Connecting TikTok LIVE

You can connect your TikTok LIVE to Superkrass without signing anything with us. The normal Terms of Service apply. Gifts and likes from your viewers then affect the duel. To make that work, we process public event data from your LIVE. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for following TikTok's rules, in particular those on LIVE gifts and on content involving minors. Superkrass is not affiliated with TikTok.

Your own character

Creators can get their own playable boss based on their photos. The process, approvals and timing are set out in the agreement.

In short:

• You grant us the rights to your likeness, your name and your creator name that we need for the character, the game and promoting the game. Scope and duration are in the agreement.
• You approve the concept and the model before the character goes into the game.
• The rights to the finished character, the 3D model and the animations stay with Hypez LTD. [[verify]]
• What happens when the collaboration ends (for example whether the character stays in the game) is covered by the agreement. [[verify: rule on termination]]

Revenue share and rewards

When players buy your character, you get a share: [[CREATOR SHARE %]] of [[BASIS, e.g. net revenue after store and payment fees]].

For players who join through your referral link, there are referral rewards: [[REFERRAL REWARDS: type and amount]].

Statements and payouts: [[PAYOUT: frequency, minimum amount, payment method]].

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. If you run a registered business or are VAT registered, please say so in the agreement.

Fair play for creators

You must not fake gifts or likes, arrange duels or push viewers to spend money. Viewers should never feel they have to pay to keep you playing. If these rules are broken, we can block the LIVE connection and end the collaboration.
