Guest account & player ID

You don't have to register for Superkrass. Open the game and you can start right away. To make that work, the game creates a guest account for you in the background.

What happens on first launch

On your first visit, our server creates an account for you automatically. Your device gets a random key for it, a kind of digital house key. Your progress lives on our server: Konfetti, Blitze, cards, boosters, trophies and your league rank. The key on your device tells the server which account is yours.

You don't give us an email address or a name for this.

Your player ID

Every account has a short player ID, for example ABCD-1234. Here's how to find it:

1. Open Superkrass.
2. In the lobby, tap your profile picture in the top left.
3. At the very bottom of the menu it says SPIELER-ID, followed by your ID.

Take a screenshot or write it down right away. If you ever contact us, it's the first thing we'll ask for. Without it, we can barely find your account.

The catch with guest accounts

The key only lives on your device, in your browser to be exact. If it's gone, the server no longer knows the account is yours. That happens for example if you:

• clear browser data, cache or site data,
• play in a private or incognito tab and close it,
• use a different browser or device,
• lose or reset your phone.

Your progress isn't deleted when that happens. It's still on the server. You just can't get to it because the key is missing.

How to protect your account

• Always play in the same browser on the same device.
• Don't play in incognito mode.
• Exclude superkrass.com from automatic clean-ups if your browser or a cleaner app wipes data regularly.
• Write down your player ID.
• Keep receipts when you buy Blitze. The confirmation email helps us match your account.

What about signing in?

Sign-in with Google and Apple is in the works. Your account will then be tied to your Google or Apple account instead of only your browser, so you can switch devices too. More in Sign in with Google or Apple.

Several devices

Right now, each device or browser has its own guest account. If you play on your phone and on your computer, those are two separate saves. Merging them isn't possible at the moment.

Deleting your account

Want us to delete your account completely? Write to hallo@superkrass.com and include your player ID. Keep in mind: deleted means deleted, including all Blitze and cards.
