Keeping or losing cards

Boss cards are what makes Superkrass exciting. You put your boss on the line, and if you lose, it's gone. Sounds harsh, but that's exactly the point.

Which bosses need cards?

Miezi is the free boss. You can always play her, as often as you like, no card needed.

You play every other boss with cards:

• the normal bosses Foxy, El Bonk and Pixel,
• the Ultra bosses Delulu, Bruno, Ollie, Kami and Maik.

Each card stands for one go with that boss.

The rule

You enter a duel with a card.

Win, and you keep the card and can use it again.

Lose, and the card is gone. It's removed from your account.

This applies to every card, whether you got it from a Boombox, won it in the league or bought it in the shop. We can't give lost cards back, because that wouldn't be fair to the opponent who took it from you.

Getting a card back right away

Right after a defeat, the game shows you which card is gone. There you can buy it back for 15 Blitze. It then says „Karte gerettet“ (card saved). This only works on that screen, before you start your next match.

Unlocking a boss for good

Once you have ten cards for a boss, you can unlock it permanently in the lobby with „Für immer freischalten“ (unlock forever). This uses up the ten cards. After that, you play that boss like Miezi, without a card, and losing doesn't cost you anything anymore.

What if the connection drops?

If the duel breaks off because of a fault on our side, the card doesn't count as lost. If your own connection drops, reload the game and check whether your card is still there. If something is missing after that, write to us.

In a duel with friends via link, you don't lose a card. You can even pick any boss there, card or no card.

Before you play a valuable card

A few thoughts that'll save you some frustration:

• Get to know the boss first. Try it in a link duel with a friend before you risk it online.
• Don't play on tilt. If you've just lost two duels, take a break or use Miezi.
• Watch your connection. A duel on shaky train Wi-Fi is a bad moment for your favourite card.
• Use boosters on purpose. They can turn a close round.

How to get new cards

• From the Boombox you get after wins.
• From the daily Lucky Spin wheel.
• In the shop: cards for Foxy, El Bonk and Pixel cost Konfetti or Blitze, cards for Ultra bosses are Blitze only.
• As league prizes, for certain ranks and at the end of a season.
